Certainly this was the empowering takeaway during Enterprise Causeway’s recent Coffee & Connect event, held in partnership with Women In Business – the leading network for women in the workplace across Northern Ireland.

Local entrepreneur Sarah Thompson shared her authentic story on her very personal business journey as Co-Founder of Ted & Stich and TedBerry market, offering passionate advice and inspiration to her fellow entrepreneurs in the audience.

Sarah spoke about the importance of trusting your gut, building supportive communities within your inner circle and seeking out, and not being afraid to venture into new collaborations.

Enterprise Causeway’s Coffee & Connect events offer opportunities to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs and women in business, within relaxed environments over a cup of coffee.

Each event features a guest speaker or panel of ladies making a difference within their communities, allowing attendees to learn, grow and feel inspired.

The next event, in celebration of International Women’s Day, promises to be thought-provoking, uplifting and a true celebration of women contributing to every aspect of society, with expert keynote speakers and panels leading discussions on how we can all make an impact.

Regardless of whether you work in business, education, community or politics, this event is for all women!

It will take place on Tuesday 7th March at Riverside Theatre, Coleraine (9am – 2.30pm), in partnership with Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Ulster University, CCG Labour Market Partnership, Mid and East Antrim Borough Council’s Enterprising Women and Causeway Chamber.
