Our monthly GROW clinics offer one to one business coaching to help you define where you want to go and plan how to get there. 

During your coaching session we will work with you using The GROW Model:

• Goal – we will work with you to clarify your GOAL or ambition;
• Reality – We will help you get a clear and realistic picture of where you are in relation to your goals;
• Options – we will help you think through a range of growth possibilities and alternatives;
• Will – explores your will and determination to act and make growth happen.

Our monthly GROW clinics take place on the last Friday of every month at Enterprise Causeway, Coleraine. The coaching sessions last approximately 1.5 hours, are free and should be booked in advance.
