Meet Rebekah & Stevie from LIR Seafood
Rebekah and Stevie McCarry are the passionate duo behind LIR Seafood, a homegrown Causeway Coast business that’s bringing the very best of our local waters to plates across the region.
Their story is one of heritage, hard work, and love for the North Coast. Stevie’s deep fishing roots and Rebekah’s flair for championing local produce have helped them build a business that’s all about quality, sustainability, and celebrating where we live.
They’re proof that when local businesses share their story, it can inspire visitors, strengthen our tourism offering, and shine a spotlight on the incredible food culture of the Causeway Coast and Glens.
Meet Geri Martin from The Chocolate Manor & Taste Causeway
Geri Martin is the inspirational chocolatier behind The Chocolate Manor and a founding member of Taste Causeway, and she has one of the most powerful stories to share with businesses on the Tourism Together programme.
From starting out at home to creating an award-winning visitor experience in Castlerock, Geri has built a business that blends creativity, community, and pure passion. Through immersive chocolate-making workshops and unforgettable hands-on experiences, she showcases everything that makes the Causeway Coast and Glens such a special place to visit.
As a champion of collaboration and local food culture, Geri shows how small ideas, powered by passion and partnership, can grow into something that strengthens the whole region.
