Boost Marketing Efficiency with AI

The Go Succeed Start team host this in-person 'Boost Marketing Efficiency with AI' masterclass, facilitated by the team at Enterprise Causeway.

In this 2-hour interactive workshop, led by Debbie Rymer experienced business advisor and marketing expert, you will learn how to harness the power of AI tools to make marketing easier, faster, and more effective.

  • No prior experience needed – this workshop will be simple and practical.

  • Save time & effort – you'll get cheat sheets to help you work faster and smarter.

  • Examples and demos – so you can see how it's done in real time.  

Designed specifically for start-up businesses with little or no experience in marketing or AI tools this 2-hour in-person workshop will teach you how to:

  • Use Perplexity.ai and ChatGPT to research market trends, analyse competitors, and understand your audience.

  • Generate social media posts, blogs, landing pages, emails and ad copy with Copilot and ChatGPT.

  • Quickly and easily edit photos using Google Gemini - no design skills required.

  • Create prompts that will add personality, details and depth to your content.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, located in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area.

Establishing Your Social Enterprise

The Go Succeed Start team hosts an introduction to starting a social enterprise, geared towards individuals who are considering a social enterprise business model or charities who want to explore new revenue streams. Participants will learn about what is involved in starting a social enterprise, explore social enterprise business models, analyse of the social enterprise model is right for them and will be signposted to additional sources of support.

This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, throughout Northern Ireland, and is facilitated by Enterprise Northern Ireland.

About the Presenter

Claire O'Hanlon is an experienced business advisor, trainer & facilitator with a 16-year background in entrepreneurial support, communications, and leadership development.

Claire has worked in both the commercial and third sectors and is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and organisations to create sustainable income generation projects. As well as running her own business consultancy for the last 4 years, Claire has also developed and delivered a suite of enterprise and business development programmes for individuals and organisations at various stages on their business journeys.

A passionate charity volunteer, Claire is also a Trustee of the charity Muscular Dystrophy UK, she runs a podcast that supports parent carers of disabled children and she is an ardent fundraiser.

The Go Succeed Start team hosts this Business Finance Set Up Basics for Pre and Early Start Ups masterclass.

This masterclass is for you if you are thinking of starting or have just recently started your business journey and you want to set up the right way and organise your finances properly.

We will show you the fundamentals you need to register your business properly and provide you with practical guidance and tips on essential business finances to strengthen your start-up.

You will learn:

  • Business structures – the differences between sole traders, partnerships and limited companies and how to choose

  • Tax registration – how and when to register your business for relevant taxes

  • Allowable expenses – what you can claim and the importance of good business records

  • Financial organisation – how to organise your key business finances including cash flow; managing and paying your taxes; pricing for profit; organising your bookkeeping; planning and forecasting your finances

  • Business sustainability – how and when to oversee your business finances and increase your chances of developing a sustainable new business

About the Presenter

Tony Haren is owner/director of Admor Business Solutions, which he founded in 2004.

He is a Member in Practice of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants with over 35 years’ experience in banking/finance and providing financial advice, training and mentoring to business owners.

Tony is a specialist in business finance and corporate governance and is a Business Finance Mentor with Enterprise NI and several local council business programmes. He is also a Senior Credit Reviewer with Credit Review Ireland, where his role is to independently review appeals by small business owners whose bank borrowing requests have been declined.

Tourism Together is a new peer support network for the founders of businesses within the Tourism and Hospitality sector that are located within the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area. 

In this second of 3 sessions, we will be joined by a panel of successful tourism and hospitality entrepreneurs.

  • Hear real stories from successful tourism and hospitality entrepreneurs. 

  • Learn from their challenges, pivots, and wins. 

  • Gain practical advice for early-stage business growth.

Meet Geri Martin from The Chocolate Manor & Taste Causeway

Geri Martin is the inspirational chocolatier behind The Chocolate Manor and a founding member of Taste Causeway, and she has one of the most powerful stories to share with businesses on the Tourism Together programme.

From starting out at home to creating an award-winning visitor experience in Castlerock, Geri has built a business that blends creativity, community, and pure passion. Through immersive chocolate-making workshops and unforgettable hands-on experiences, she showcases everything that makes the Causeway Coast and Glens such a special place to visit.

As a champion of collaboration and local food culture, Geri shows how small ideas, powered by passion and partnership, can grow into something that strengthens the whole region.

About the Facilitator

Your host for the series is Debbie Rymer, an experienced business advisor, marketing coach and mentor. As a Chartered Marketer, ex board member of the Causeway Coast and Glens Tourism Partnership, a founding member of the Strands Good Food Collective (now The Atlantic Sessions) and a Course Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing Debbie will guide you through the programme to ensure you get the most out of each session.
