Whether you are introducing yourself at a networking event, pitching an idea, speaking to a potential customer, or presenting your products and services, how you communicate can directly influence how others perceive you and your business.
Led by Kevin O’Reilly CMgr MCMI MIEP MAC, The Communications Performance Coach, this interactive masterclass will provide practical tools and techniques to help you communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.
Expected Outcomes
By the end of this masterclass, participants will be able to:
Understand Their Current Presentation Style: Develop greater awareness of their existing verbal and nonverbal communication habits and recognise how these behaviours may influence an audience’s perception, engagement, and response.
Improve Verbal and Nonverbal Delivery: Learn and practise practical techniques to improve clarity, structure, body language, vocal delivery, audience engagement, and overall presentation effectiveness.
Present Themselves and Their Business with Greater Confidence: Build a stronger and more assured professional presence, enabling participants to speak about themselves, their business, products, or services with greater conviction and credibility.
Make a Stronger and More Memorable Impression: Understand how to communicate key messages clearly, connect with different audiences, and present with greater authenticity, purpose, and impact.
Participants will leave with practical strategies they can apply immediately in networking conversations, sales meetings, business pitches, presentations, and everyday professional interactions.
This Go Succeed workshop is open to all individuals in the early stages of their business, throughout Northern Ireland, and is facilitated by Enterprise Northern Ireland.
About the Presenter
Kevin O’Reilly CMgr MCMI MIEP MAC, known as The Communications Performance Coach, is the founder of the multi-award-winning Thrive Now Group, which includes The Communications Clinic, the Thrive Now Network, and Interview Skills Coach.
Kevin is a TEDx speaker, TEDx Coach, Curator of TEDxBangor, Chartered Manager, NLP practitioner, podcaster, event host, keynote speaker, and experienced business and communications coach.
He helps entrepreneurs, leaders, business owners, and aspiring professionals communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact. His work has supported more than 150 businesses to launch, helped over 50 businesses scale and grow, contributed to saving more than 100 businesses from closure, and coached over 3,000 leaders and professionals towards securing their dream roles.
Kevin has delivered masterclasses, workshops, and business support programmes across all 11 local councils in Northern Ireland. He has also served as the sole provider of contestant training and coaching for the Ultimate Pitch competition and as Chief Judge for its finals.
Alongside his business and coaching work, Kevin voluntarily serves as a Director for Toastmasters International across the UK and Ireland - the world’s largest not-for-profit public speaking and leadership organisation, with more than 350,000 members across 149 countries - supporting members to strengthen their public speaking, confidence, communication, and leadership skills.
He is also the host of the podcasts My Worst Interview Ever! and The Communication Gap!, where he explores communication challenges, setbacks, resilience, leadership, and personal growth.
Combining rigorous coaching with empathy, behavioural science, NLP, counselling, and real-world business leadership, Kevin equips participants with practical strategies that create measurable improvements in communication and performance.
His core message is simple: "Communication is not a soft skill. It is a performance skill, a leadership skill, and an essential life skill."
