If your social enterprise is based in Causeway Coast and Glens and has been operating for up to three years, Causeway Social Enterprise Boost is a FREE programme designed to help you strengthen your organisation, grow trading income, demonstrate your impact and communicate your social value with confidence.

Causeway Social Enterprise Boost is a focused four-month development programme designed to give early-stage social enterprises the practical support, insights and connections they need to grow with confidence. Through tailored advice, hands-on workshops and peer learning, you will assess your organisation's current position, identify realistic opportunities for growth, and develop a clear action plan for the next 6-12 months.

Are based and operating within Causeway Coast and Glens
Have a clear social purpose
Have been operating for no more than three years
Can commit to the full programme
Are willing to share relevant organisational information and progress agreed actions between sessions

Through practical workshops, tailored support and peer learning, you'll gain access to experienced social enterprise advisers who can help you strengthen your organisation, identify new opportunities and develop a clear plan for future growth.

5.5 hours of one-to-one mentoring support tailored to your organisation
3 x practical, face-to-face workshops covering commercial sustainability, impact measurement and effective communication
1 x peer learning and collaboration session to share knowledge and explore referrals and partnerships
A tailored diagnostic and baseline assessment to identify your organisation’s strengths, challenges and priorities
An individual action plan focused on practical, achievable progress
A final review with clear next steps for the following 6–12 months

All sessions are delivered face-to-face at Enterprise Causeway, 17 Sandel Village, Coleraine, and run on Tuesday mornings from 10:00am to 12:00 noon. Please see the schedule below for workshop dates.
