Causeway Social Enterprise Boost is a focused development programme that gives early-stage social enterprises the practical support, insight and connections needed to grow with confidence. Through tailored advice, hands-on workshops and peer learning, you will assess where your organisation is now, identify realistic opportunities, and create a clear action plan for the next 6–12 months.

Target Audience: Social enterprises up to 3 years old
Duration: 6 months development programme
Application Deadline: 12 October 2026
Workshops: 3 workshops and 1 peer-to-peer sessions between Nov 2026 and Mar 2027
Who is it for?
The programme is for social enterprises that:
Are based and operating within Causeway Coast and Glens
Have a clear social purpose
Have been operating for no more than three years
Can commit to the full programme
Are willing to share relevant organisational information and progress agreed actions between sessions
What’s included?
A tailored diagnostic and baseline assessment to identify your organisation’s strengths, challenges and priorities
An individual action plan focused on practical, achievable progress
5.5 hours of one-to-one mentoring support tailored to your organisation
Three practical, face-to-face workshops covering commercial sustainability, impact measurement and effective communication
A dedicated peer-learning and collaboration session to share knowledge and explore referrals and partnerships
A final review with clear next steps for the following 6–12 months

How do I apply?
To apply, please complete the Expression of Interest form by 12th October 2026. Applications will be reviewed against the eligibility criteria, with successful applicants notified by 15th October. The programme will commence on 2nd November 2026.
