An All-Ireland Foodie Destination Award winner and accredited Slow Food Destination, Taste Causeway has grown from a shared vision among a small group of passionate producers into a vibrant network of makers, growers, chefs, and hospitality businesses. Together, they showcase the region’s exceptional food heritage through tours, tasting experiences, cookery classes, demonstrations, and unique dining events.
Under the leadership of Geri Martin, the network has championed collaboration and innovation while remaining firmly rooted in local heritage and quality.
Enterprise Causeway has supported Taste Causeway and its members in a variety of ways, from business development programmes to hosting networking, training, and showcase events at the Courthouse Creative Hub in Bushmills. The venue has become a valuable space for supper clubs, producer demonstrations, and collaborative events that bring food businesses together.
Cross-border partnerships have also played an important role in the network’s success. Collaborations with Food Coast Donegal have strengthened learning, innovation, and promotion opportunities while helping to showcase the very best of regional food and drink.
